Express Shipping Package
Services
Express Shipping is our next available flight service for items that need to be there — guaranteed.* If you’re shipping crucial documents, medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, critical replacement parts or other time-sensitive items, we provide fast and simple express delivery for shipments.
Speed
Express shipments are for U.S. domestic flights only and offer next flight service that does not require a pre-booking. Shipments must be processed at our facility 60 minutes before departure and may be picked up at the destination airport 60 minutes after flight arrival.
Guarantee
If your cargo is not available for pickup within two hours of flight arrival time, the service charge may be refunded up to 50%.*
Cost
Our premium shipping option, Express, offers next flight service without prebooking. For lower cost shipping options, learn more about General or Priority freight.
* Express shipments must be booked in advance for the guarantee to apply. All claims must be requested by customer within seven days of the service failure. Guarantee refund requests should be made at the city of origin or the destination city or by contacting us. Guarantee applicable to Alaska Airlines flights and flights operated by regional partners Horizon Air and SkyWest. Guarantee is for transportation charges only with the following restrictions: flight cancellation or delay due to air traffic control difficulties, weather or acts of God.
